Place the folded paper near a lamp and move it around until the shadows and light looks good. If it is near a window also there is a blue light that contrasts with the yellow/ orange color of the interior light. Also a candle can offer another enriching light source. And then there is maybe the possibility of placing in the sunlight and enjoying the light and shadows that option offers.
